The Wright Mommy and Me
The Wright Mommy and Me classes meet weekly for 90 minutes throughout baby’s first year. Their approach is mindful, empathic, and research-based. Class leaders are licensed psychotherapists with expertise in child development. Moms (and dads) discuss weekly topics, find new and supportive friendships and learn songs and play designed to nurture attachment and learning.
